About Us

We’re a small but dedicated group of local volunteers who share a passion for community spirit, organisation, and making great events happen.

Our team members include:
Chris Slezakowski, Jenny Luckin, Karen Hardicker, Louise Percival, Mark Bowyer, Mark Luckin, Penny Norris, Peter Hardicker, Peter Lawson, Rhian, Richard Hillier, Roger Mann, Sam Courtney and Valerie Wells.

We also extend a special mention to Dave Price, now living in Wales, who founded The Olney Group.

Helping Others & Community Support

While our main focus is staging our two annual events, we also play a supporting role in other community-led projects and events. Over the years, TOG team members have personally assisted in:

Volunteer with Us

One of the best ways to get involved is by volunteering. Whether you’re interested in event planning, promotion, setup, marshalling, logistics, or simply helping on the day, there’s always a role to play.

If you’d like to volunteer or learn more, simply fill in our contact/volunteer form via our website and someone from the TOG team will be in touch.

We also host open meetings which are friendly, informal, and open to all. These are a great way to get involved, understand how things work, and meet the rest of the team.
